Troubled Tuesday

Troubled Tuesday is basically my complaint day to complain about all the troubles I have, which could range from what is happening on TV shows to who knows what.

  • S had a compete meltdown yesterday of epic proportions. It started out when his little friends from down the street had to go home. He was upset because he only got to play with them for a short time. In the garage, he was still fussing and couldn’t even tell me why he was upset. I took him inside because it was dinner time and it all broke down from there. He went into full throttle tantrum mode and was sent to his room. From that point he proceeded to move everything in his room to behind his door. After about 10 minutes of screaming crying he finally settled down, put all of his stuff back where it goes, and apologized so he could come out of his room.
  • P threw a remote at my head a few days ago, which caused a huge bump on my forehead. Since then I have had a splitting headache and still have the bump to prove it.
  • We went trick-or-treating to the businesses in Maumee yesterday after S got off the bus. The weather was perfect, and we had plenty of time. P decided not to take her afternoon nap and proceeded to whine the entire time. It made for a stressful event.
  • I have two laundry baskets of the kids clothes waiting for me to fold them. When I take them out of the dryer I like to pull S’s shirts right away so they do not become a wrinkled mess, unfortunately B took them from the dryer. The shirts are wrinkled up with the rest of the clothes. I try to take all jeans and shirts out, shake them, and lay them flat until I fold the basket.
  • It looks like it is going to be cold and rainy on Halloween. Right now there is a 60% chance of rain all day and night. I am wondering if I can talk S out of trick-or-treating if the weather sucks.
  • I love Babies R Us diapers. They are by far the best I have tried and I have tried a ton with S. The only problem is they conceal the smell almost too good. When P wears them you can never smell the pee on her and when she does the other unless you directly smell her behind you won’t smell it. She actually got a diaper rash because we didn’t smell it fast enough. We switched her back to Kirkland diapers for a few days so she didn’t stay in a dirty diaper longer than necessary. Who knew they made a diaper that was too good!

What is troubling you?

Oh don’t you love the meltdowns. C had one last week because they did not have ring pops in the checkout line at Target. LOL He then lost it the whole way home and kicked my seat and then when he was sent to his room he tossed his shoes and tons of other stuff down the stairs. Needless to say he lost his Ipad for 2 days for everything. I was like really was no ring pop the need for all that. Sometimes it is just so hard to be 4.

Don’t you wish sometimes you could have a meltdown and be sent to your room. I would throw the fits just so I could go to my room and be by myself!

S took his bean bag chairs and toys and put them behind his door so we couldn’t open it. He lost his tablet for a day and no friends over for the rest of the week. We haven’t had any problems since. I think the friends thing is what did it.

Disclaimer: I have never claimed to be any great writer. So any mistakes that are made are my fault. Sometimes I mix up names B, S, and P, but I think you can figure out who I am talking about. If you find any grammatical errors just fix it in your mind so it sounds right.
