As most know I am not a drinker, but loved the idea of giving these to my father for Christmas. He does like to have a drink once in a while and to be able to keep it cold and not water it down is ideal. The Zcutt Premium Whiskey Sipping Stones are made from natural soapstone with a velvet bag for storage. Unlike ice cubes these keep the drinks perfectly cooled without diluting it. Place the stones in the freezer for just a few hours before use. 3-4 stones are all that is necessary in a drink. Place the stones in the glass first and then add the liquid.
After I received the stones in the mail I opened them and could not believe how cold they were. It was about 40° outside and I would say the stones were the same. A few hours later when I showed them to B they were still cold to the touch. I was thinking B could use these in his every day drink, but after doing some research these are not meant for that and are really only intended to be used with small amounts of liquor.
