Wild Wednesday is about all the crazy or unbelievable things that have happened in the last week to me, in the news, pop culture, etc.
Since last Wednesday here is what has happened:
- P was only a week old and we took her to the zoo last Friday. For the most part she stayed in the stroller totally covered. The only time she came out was when she needed to eat. We even rode the train at the zoo and P stayed in her car seat covered the whole time.
- We are taking P to a Mud Hens baseball game this Friday (of course, S is coming with us and so excited). I can’t say we didn’t do a ton of stuff with S when he was this little because we did. (With S we went to a Christmas party when he was a week old and Christmas was when he was 2-weeks old.) I can’t believe all the stuff we have done and are doing with this tiny newborn.
- They say you are more relaxed with the second child. In some aspects, I guess I am a little more relaxed. P doesn’t need her diaper changed every time she wakes up at night. S always got his diaper changed every time he woke up. I don’t have to go sit a rocking chair to feed her at night, sitting in bed is good enough.
- The season finales this year have been off the charts. I don’t think one show has disappointed me yet. I was blown away by the following season finales: The Blacklist, Hannibal, and I am sure there are more but I am drawing a blank at the moment.
- I finally got to watch the last Twilight (Breaking Dawn 2). I have no idea why I waited so long, but man that was a good movie. I really liked the books better, but at least it put an end to the whole Twilight thing for me. My sister says I should read Hunger Games, but I am skeptical.
