Wild Wednesday is about all the crazy or unbelievable things that have happened in the last week to me, in the news, pop culture, etc.
Since last Wednesday here is what has happened:
- I was so tired last night I fell asleep at 8pm and only woke up to tell S good night, read him a story and put him to bed. I went back to sleep and other than getting up once with S slept until about 7:30am. I got some much needed sleep that is completely out of the norm.
- Not only are we getting really cold weather but the south is getting like 2” of snow and it is shutting down cities. I think that is weird, but I guess that is what Minnesotans think when we get 5-7” and it shuts everything down in Ohio. I bet it takes them 2 ft. before they have any problems.
- I spent over 4 hours today going through my sisters baby clothes getting stuff for the new baby. I was hoping it would only take me an hour or at most two. After four and half hours I was finally done with no breaks.
- For dinner tonight we are getting Schlotzsky’s pizzas. When B took S’s order he said he wanted tomatoes on it like me. Maybe this check mark system is really starting to work and he is going to start and eat new foods without having to be bribed.
- I was telling S that we should be getting our Carefree Crafts for February this week because they always ship out a little early when a holiday is early in the month. When I got home from my mom’s today sorting clothes the package was waiting for S and me to open.
- When B and I were working on organizing the basement last week we decided since we have so much snowmen stuff we will get it out every year on Jan. 1 and it will help to winter decorate our house until it is time for Easter decorations. I am always wondering what to put out in January other than snowflakes and now I have something. It also is less for Christmas time and spreads the decorations out throughout the year.
