Wild Wednesday

Wild Wednesday is about all the crazy or unbelievable things that have happened in the last week to me, in the news, pop culture, etc.

Since last Wednesday here is what has happened:

  • Our furnace went out again yesterday.  P and I were chillin’ literally in the house yesterday.  When it hit 63° in the house we went over to the neighbors to hang out for a while.  B couldn’t fix it and ended up getting out the space heater.  It is keeping the upstairs warm and for that I am grateful.  Hopefully it gets fixed today because with Thanksgiving weekend it is going to be hard to find places that are open.

  • We went to see Santa last night.  Neither of my kids have ever been scared of Santa until this year.  P refused to go up and talk to him.  I made her go sit on his lap for a picture.  The first she hid her face when I took her hands down we ended up getting  a picture where you can see her face.  She refused to talk to him until she was about 10 ft. from him.

  • After 14+ years I finally got my engagement ring sized so that it fits.  I thought it would be a week or so until he got it done.  4 hours later he called to let me know he had done it already.  I love that I go to a small jeweler who does all of his own work.  If I had gone to a big jeweler they probably would have had to send it out.
  • I have been going back and forth with AT&T about my cable bill for over 3 months.  They finally said I needed to go into the store to get the bill corrected.  I thought it would take forever when we went into the store.  20 minutes later I walked out with the bill corrected (or so they say).  I won’t know for sure until the next bill comes, but my fingers are crossed.
  • I already did some Black Friday shopping online this week.  I have more to do today, some tomorrow, and maybe a few stores!

Disclaimer: I have never claimed to be any great writer. So any mistakes that are made are my fault. Sometimes I mix up names B, S, and P, but I think you can figure out who I am talking about. If you find any grammatical errors just fix it in your mind so it sounds right.
