Wild Wednesday is about all the crazy or unbelievable things that have happened in the last week to me, in the news, pop culture, etc.
Since last Wednesday here is what has happened:
- I put P in some Pull-Ups I bought a long time ago when I was potty training S (5 years ago). I never got rid of them and thought I would try them. Since she has been running around naked and has not had any accidents (she still doesn’t go in the potty she just holds it) I thought maybe this would be something different. Honestly I am tired of asking her every 15 minutes and her not doing anything. So I went to asking her every 30 minutes and still nothing. She did finally have an accident in the Pull-Up (her “special undies”). She really got it and hated it. Of course she wouldn’t go in the potty but every time after that if she went in her diaper (after her nap) she freaked out and had to be changed right away. Maybe this is how she is going to get trained. She is going to do this her way, but on my timeline because I am not giving up! Next step get her to wear “special undies” all day long. If she is going to refuse to go in the potty somehow I have to make her. Plying her with liquids is not working. Running around naked is not working. What is going to work? I’ll let you know when I figure it out.
Yes she is sitting on the potty playing on her computer. I am willing to try anything!
