Wild Wednesday is about all the crazy or unbelievable things that have happened in the last week to me, in the news, pop culture, etc.
Since last Wednesday here is what has happened:
- I am doing this on Thursday night because last night I was too exhausted after getting home from my painting class and putting P to bed.
- I just decided we are getting a new couch for the living room. I am done sitting on these couches and need something different. I love to sit with my legs crossed under each other but because I sit like that all the time and have since I was young it is finally taking a toll on my knees, hips, and ankles. I need to get a couch that has a chaise lounge so I can sit with my legs extended. Sure we have recliners on our couches but it is not the same. Yup that is how we work, spur of the moment. Now I just have to find a couch.
- We are surprising the kids with a train ride with Santa on Saturday. I had B look into it on Wednesday and ordered the tickets on Thursday. Told ya, spur of the moment decision. In truth, we have wanted to take S for many years now and the rides have always sold out so early. Who knew at the last minute we could get tickets. Now that P is into trains it is going to make it all the more fun.
- Dash is crazy. She has now taken to jumping on the island when I leave frosted cookies or cakes out and trying to lick the frosting. Who knew a cat would love frosting that much? It is a first to me. I have had cats that loved really odd foods but none of them ever pursued frosting!
