Wild Wednesday is about all the crazy or unbelievable things that have happened in the last week to me, in the news, pop culture, etc.
Since last Wednesday here is what has happened:
- Our little mini-vacation went well. S did a great job being away from home. He did ask to go home every day, but did great when it came time to go to sleep. S is definitely a creature of habit so to mix up his bedtime routine was questionable. I guess with age he is doing great adapting. Since this little test run went so good, now we know we can go on another vacation no problem.
- I found the bedroom set for S I have been looking for. I wanted the construction theme they had a Target, but most of the line has been clearanced out in the stores. Even though I did not find any good clearance at the Super Targets on vacation I did find the bedroom set. When we showed it to S on Monday night he was so excited about it and wanted to use it. I told him when he gets his really big boy bed he cannot have binkies anymore. He told me I could have the new comforter, and he would stay in his bed he has now. How funny? But with him turning 3 ½ in a few weeks it is time to give up the binkies at bedtime.
- S has had the same train track set up for the past three weeks and not destroyed it yet. B and I are both impressed with how much he likes this set up and has not destroyed it.
