Thursday Treats is about all of the best things I have had happened in the past week as far as good things, good foods, awesome finds at stores, great TV shows, etc.
- S was so proud of himself on Father’s Day. He was excited to wrap B’s presents the night before. I told him it was a secret and not to tell B when we called him to say goodnight. S of course tried to tell B what we got him. He was so happy to give B his gifts the next day and watch him open them.
- B got up Monday and Tuesday early so he could go and watch S at his swim classes. When S and I were in the water, he kept yelling for dada to look at what he is doing. How cute!
- B got on the ball and we had a pool company come today to give us an estimate on an in ground pool. It would be so nice to get an in ground pool. I know not only would I love it, but S, the dogs, and Neezer would too. Neezer may not get in the actual pool, but would hang over the edge and play with it. He does love his water and always has.
- Rookie Blue is back on tonight!
- Sometimes Target gets a dumpster delivered to the back of the store to put displays in when they redo a department. I have scored two different times looking in the dumpsters before. The first is when they redid the baby department and we emptied the entire dumpster 3 times into our truck of baby strollers, pack ‘n’ plays, high chairs, car seats, bouncers, saucers and more. We made over $1,000 selling the items on Craigslist. The second time we got two pieces of furniture a small white child’s table, and a black shelving unit. The Target by my house got a dumpster delivered a little over a week ago and I have been checking it almost daily. We have found a few furniture items in the dumpster, but they were totally destroyed. I am hoping since all of the new furniture is now coming out that there will be some good pieces in the dumpster today when I visit Target.
- Today is Target day followed by a trip to the farmer’s market later on!!!!
