I love to drink out of glass cups or bottles.  Lately, I drink all my water out of glass bottles that I got.  I find the problem is they can only hold 18 oz. and I drink almost all of that in one drink.  I decided to look for bigger glass bottles that could hold more water.  I found bottles that hold 32 oz. of water which will hopefully last longer than one drink or 5 minutes.  The bottles that I ordered use plastic caps with a seal that you take off like on a milk jug.

Because the lids are plastic I decided I needed to have more plastic lids.  I got a pack of 12 replacement lids that work for the Libbey glass bottles I got.  The lids are a tight seal when I put them on the bottles.  I turned over the bottle with water in it and was pleasantly surprised that the lid stayed on and the water did not leak.  To get the lids on with the seal still in tack I had to pop it on.  Really it was not easy to take off if I kept the seal on so when I went to open the bottle I did take the seal off.  The lids have worked great.  I haven’t had any crack on me yet and have been reusing them.  I have been washing them in the dishwasher with no issues.
