When I started trying to decorate cookies with royal icing I needed a way to keep the unused frosting sealed in an airtight container so it did not dry out. I was trying to use plastic wrap but I was not getting a tight seal. When I saw these lids I knew they would be perfect. They can stretch to cover almost any size bowl I am using from a small bowl I hold in my hand to a large bowl I use to make an entire batch of frosting. With 6 different sizes of lids I have always been able to find on that fits the bowl I am currently using. The lids are dishwasher safe so clean-up is a breeze.
