Mom’s Ambassador YoYummy Yogurt Pouches Review

I applied through Mom’s Ambassador to try YoYummy yogurt pouches and review it on my blog.  I was happy when I received an email telling me I had been selected to try these yogurt pouches and to expect a package in the mail.  A few weeks went by and I had not received any packages.  Finally one day when S and I were making crafts this huge (and I mean huge) box got delivered by UPS.

YoYummy was started by three guys with a very basic philosophy in mind: create a healthy, responsibly-made yogurt that tastes great and is affordable!  YoYummy and Green Mountain Creamery strive to support their local dairy economy and community, using only Vermont cow milk from the Commonwealth Dairy.  As a company, they are also committed to environmental sustainability and package all of their products using BPA-free materials.

B is always excited when I get boxes and tends to want to open them up right away.  When the box was opened we were surprised to see a Styrofoam cooler in the box.  Inside the cooler were a ton of packing peanuts, cooling packs and 3 boxes of yogurt pouches.  I got one 4-pack which retails for $4.99 and two 12-packs for $9.99.

I got four different flavors of yogurt Mixed Berry, Strawberry, Strawberry-Banana, and Cotton Candy.  YoYummy yogurt is made with Grade-A rBST-free Vermont milk, is a good source of calcium, and is rich in vitamin A and D.  As soon as we got these out S had to try one right away.  He is a big fan of yogurt and pouches so this was a win-win for him.  S loved these pouches and sucked one down right away.

S really liked these and had 3 of them the first day and the next morning the first thing he wanted was a yogurt pouch.  He had 5 the second day.  I did not realize this and he snuck a few when I wasn’t looking.

We have been sharing these with all of S’s friends and cousins when he goes to visit them at their houses.  The boys really liked the cotton candy flavor and wanted more.  When S took them to his cousins all of the kids liked the strawberry and mixed berry flavors.  They asked their mom to buy more.

Overall we were really happy with these yogurt pouches and will have to try and find them in the stores.  These were convenient to take places and S could still have yogurt in a non-messy way.  I tried the strawberry and liked the consistency of the yogurt.  It was smooth and had a nice flavor to it.
