Manic Mondays are when I let you know what plans I have for the week. Some weeks I may be very busy where other weeks there may not be any plans. I have also decided to do a quick recap of what we actually did versus what I thought we were going to do.
This Week
Monday-P does not have school this morning because they have Kindergarten preview at St. Rose. After school S and P have tutoring with K.
Tuesday-S has a playdate at the park in the afternoon. S does not have catechism this week but still has piano lessons.
Wednesday-P has school in the morning and then the kids have tutoring after school.
Thursday-No plans so today so we are just hanging out at home.
Friday-P has school in the morning. B is going to be home so I am not sure what we are going to do.
Saturday-No plans just hanging out at home.
Sunday-Another day of no plans. I am sure we will end up doing something.
Last Week Recap
Monday P had school in the morning and then the kids worked with K after school.
Tuesday P and I hung out at home during the day. When I took S to catechism after school P ended up falling asleep on the way home so I drove around to let her sleep. I woke her up to pick S up from catechism. While S was at piano lessons P and I went to Hobby Lobby so she could walk around and look at anything she wanted.
Wednesday P had school in the morning. B and I had dentist appointments while P was in school. Not a whole lot happened after school. The kids worked with K.
Thursday P and I hung out at home during the day. S and I have started playing games at night that make him have to add so it will count for his math practice.
Friday P had school in the morning. We hung out at home the rest of the day.
Saturday P and I took S to his baseball evaluation. B ran to Costco while we waited. Afterward we ran to Hobby Lobby so P could show B all of the stuff she wants and likes. We ended up finding Frozen paper so I can make P her letters to hang in her room. The rest of the day we hung out at home. I worked on drilling holes into more plastic Easter eggs so I could put string through them to hang on the trees outside and the kids played in the garage.
Sunday was weird because of the time change. We sprang ahead an hour so we lost an hour of sleep. It doesn’t really affect the day until it is time to go to bed and get up Monday morning for school. We were going to hang Easter eggs up outside but it was too cold and windy. B and S went to the train show at Owens Community College. S loves going. S had a 4-H meeting in the afternoon.The kids ended up playing with Legos for two hours before they went to bed.
Last Week
Monday P has school and both kids have tutoring after school.
Tuesday S has catechism and piano lessons after school. P and I are going to walk through Hobby Lobby while he is at piano lessons. This is a new thing she loves to do and the 25 minutes we have is the perfect amount of time. This is her thing to do so I let her lead me through the store and I follow her where ever she wants to go and look.
Wednesday P has school in the morning. While P is at school B and I have dentist appointments. S and P have tutoring after school.
Thursday we have no plans and are just hanging out at home.
Friday P has school in the morning. The rest of the day we are hanging out at home.
Saturday S has his evaluation for baseball. This year they are going to evaluate each player and try to make sure the teams are pretty even. This is the first year for that. I know in other age groups there were a few teams who were really good. S’s team was definitely the good team in his age group. The rest of the day we are just hanging out at home.
Sunday S has a 4-H meeting, and there is a train show at Owens Community College that S and B go to every year. P and I are just going to hang out at home.
