Kohl’s Clearance Finds-Round 1

When we went out for the Target Toy Clearance I also stopped at a few Kohl’s because I had an additional 30% off sale/clearance prices and they had a ton of clearance.  This is mainly how I get clothes for S for the next year.  The first Kohl’s we went to we found a ton of clothes and managed to get in and out of the store in 25 minutes.  It was a speed shopping trip.  I got all of this and only spent $131.62, saved $410.91, and earned $20 in Kohl’s cash.  Keep in mind all the prices I give are what the clearance prices were and then you would have to take the additional 30% off to get the final price I paid.

  • S is becoming very particular about what he wears so I let him give me the okay on everything we got.  He is obsessed with the Lego movie since he got to watch it last week and had to have the Lego pjs.  There were two pairs for $17.60, the red set was $9.60, and the Lego robe was $12.  The blue bear jammies were $9.60, the Grinch were $10.80, and the reindeer were $6.

  • I found more shirts for S.  The two graphic thermals (to the left) were $6.40 and $6.99, the minion was $1.60, the big brother shirt was $7.20, the two solid thermals (on the right) were $4.80, and the striped dress shirt was $13.60.  The dress shirt cost more than I would normally pay, but I really liked the shirt and it is really nice.

  • I was waiting for the Hallmark ornaments to go more than 50% and they just have not moved.  So when I got an additional 30% off of them I decided to go ahead and get the Baby’s First Christmas ornament for P.  She really only got two Baby’s 1st Christmas ornaments and I wanted to make sure she got one from us.  The bear in a stocking was $9.97, and then I found this little wooden ornament that was only $1.59 (80% off).  S found the two SpongeBob ornaments and asked me if he could get them.  They were only $2.19 each.

Disclaimer: I have never claimed to be any great writer. So any mistakes that are made are my fault. Sometimes I mix up names B, S, and P, but I think you can figure out who I am talking about. If you find any grammatical errors just fix it in your mind so it sounds right.
