Dear S, I am so glad you had a great time camping. I don’t know if we will be doing it again anytime soon, but you can go again. You were such a little trooper with the mosquitos, rain, and close quarters. We will definitely go canoeing again. You can’t stop talking about how much you loved canoeing and paddling to help daddy. I cannot believe what a big boy you are becoming now.
Dear B, Thanks for doing so much when we went camping. You know how much I don’t like to camp and you took over and did all the work.
Dear Target, I was so excited when I checked out my Target and found that the toys had gone 70% off. When I went to the other Targets in my area, nothing had been marked down yet because of the nationwide computer glitch during a computer upgrade! You think you could have planned to do that on a different day? Think ahead next year so I can be greedy and get toys at great deals!
Dear Weather, Why did you have to rain one entire day of our camping trip? You trapped 5 kids and 4 adults in a little camper. While everyone came out unscathed, it did suck to be stuck inside a camper. With all the rain, you helped the mosquitos breed even more.
Dear Big Brother, I loved your HOH competition last night. I find it hilarious that some who are so coordinated usually, could not figure out how to walk on the rolling log. I would imagine those who had difficulty would not be able to water ski. Really, how hard can it be to walk on a log when it is going that slow and you have something to hold onto?
Dear Candyland and Hungry Hungry Hippos (in my case Farm Animals), I forgot how much fun you both were to play. S really enjoyed playing both and I loved to play with him. I can’t wait to discover other fun games that are down in the basement just waiting to be opened.
Dear Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, I love watching you. I cannot wait for you to take over for Jay Leno so I don’t have to stay up so late to watch you. That song “Good Girl” last night was so good. I had a huge smile on my face just listening to the words in the song. I cannot wait for the “Thank You Notes stick” tonight. It is so funny.
