Foto (Photo) Friday is a show and tell of pics from the past weeks. We had a very busy week and because it was our last week of true summer vacation I packed in as much as we could.
- We went to see Sarah McLachlan last Sunday with my sister. It was phenomenal. My sister and I were speechless watching the concert. I’m not really sure what B was doing because I was too busy watching the show. I know I said it earlier this week but it was like watching a VH1 Storyteller show. She told us so many backstories about her songs that I never knew. It was totally my kind of concert. I am excited to see her again on Saturday night with Josh Grobin.
- We went to the Demolition Derby on Monday night. S loves it and I knew he would. P we were not sure how she was going to do. Last year she refused to wear the ear muffs. This year she had to have the ear muffs on and loved everything about the demolition derby. My dad sat in front of us and she was constantly getting his attention to show him the cars that just hit each other. It was so much fun to watch them interact with each other. Half the time I was watching them and not the cars that were hitting each other.
- P finally got to wear the dog leash. She hates to hold our hands when she has too. If she doesn’t then she is fine with holding hands. Just to be safe because I knew she would not let us carry her and she would try running she wore the dog leash. S loved wearing it and P was no different. After we got to our seats she freaked out when I tried to take it off her so she ended up wearing it for part of the game.
- We had a great time at the Mud Hens game. P was crazy and had a hard time sitting still so she was constantly moving between B and me. S watched part of the game but he also got bored. Amazingly enough we stayed for the entire game. S was happy he got to see his ketchup, mustard, and relish game. They looked adorable in there matching Mud Hens outfits!
