D. Lin Bath Bomb with Ring Inside Review

I’m not a huge fan of bath bombs myself, but P loves to just watch them dissolve.  I didn’t tell her there was a ring inside the bath bomb and surprised her.  I think I was in for more of a surprise than she was.  When I opened the bath bomb I noticed the huge brown spot.  I thought maybe it was a chunk of dye that did not get mixed in when they were making it or maybe it was what they hid the ring in?

We tossed the bath bomb into the tub and discovered that it was red and made it look like we were spilling blood into the bath tub.  Yes it was actually pretty disgusting.  If I saw someone sitting in a tub with red water like this I would think they were bleeding pretty bad.

The chunk of brown that was in the bath bomb came loose.  In all honesty if Little B had been in the tub I would think we had a “Baby Ruth” floating around from her.  I had B inspect it and he thinks it may have been a dried flower.  We never figured out what it was.  After the entire bomb was dissolved we didn’t find a ring and thought maybe every bath bomb didn’t have one.  Once we drained the red water out of the tub we did find the ring at the bottom of the tub.  It is actually a very pretty ring, but the remnants left in the tub after it was drained sucked.  Thankfully S was able to rinse it all out when he took a shower and it didn’t leave the tub pink.  P really liked the ring and wore it around the rest of the night.
