I am not a fan of running shorts because they emphasize everything and show the flaws. Yes I know I should be more comfortable in my body, but I’m not. I thought these might actually work to wear under dresses. Sometimes there are those dresses that if caught just right by the wind they will fly up or because I am always have to bend down to P’s level.
As running shorts I like that they have a pocket on each side to hold your phone, key, etc. Where they heck are you supposed to put your phone when you are running or riding a bike. This is a great solution. The pocket is tight enough and deep enough that I don’t have to worry about it falling out. The shorts can also be used for swimming. I think that is what I would probably use them for. The back side of the shorts has a reflective logo for increased security when running or riding outside. It is recommended to wash the shorts by hand since they are compression shorts.
I thought about a cycling jersey and didn’t see myself every wearing a short sleeve one, but possibly the long-sleeve as a light jacket in the summer or when outside. I ordered the jacket 3 sizes too big because I did not want it to be tight fitting. Well I guess I went too big because there was plenty of room in the jacket. I liked how the bottom of the jacket as rubber dots to prevent the jacket from sliding up. The three pockets in the back work well to hold my phone or bottles of water.
