I was taken back to high school when I saw these necklaces.  I tried my hardest but could not remember what year I was in high school when these were popular.  Then I got to thinking if these were “punk” it would have to be my freshman year.    I never owned one of these necklaces.  I wanted one but just never got one.

Now was my chance to try one of these 90s Tattoo Punk Choker Necklaces I had always wanted when I was in high school.  I never really thought I would actually wear this, but wanted to see what I missed.  After I tried these necklaces on, I realized I had not missed out on anything.  I have never liked tight necklaces/chokers.  I have always been prone to pulling on tight necklaces and itching my neck when I would wear tight necklaces.  These necklaces were tight.  It felt like I was wearing a dog collar.

After you wear the necklace one time it is stretched out and does not go back to its original size.  The necklaces are only good for one use.  I did like these as a bracelet.  I simply looped them twice and they were a cute bracelet.  While I won’t wear these as a necklace, I do plan on using them as bracelets.
