Wild Wednesday is about all the crazy or unbelievable things that have happened in the last week to me, in the news, pop culture, etc.
Since last Wednesday here is what has happened:
- P loves to play in the pool while S is at his swim class. That 45-60 minutes of water time is enough to tucker her out for a good 3+ hour nap. I have to say I have been napping at the same time.
- S has been tired and had a fit on Monday when we got home from swim. After throwing his fit and going in the house P and I continued to play outside. When we went inside to start getting P ready for a nap, S had locked the doors. Yup he locked me out of the house and I could not find the spare key. When I finally got him to come downstairs and unlock the door he could not get the kid lock undone that is on the top of the door. (We installed that lock so the kids couldn’t get outside on accident.) Now he couldn’t open the lock. Eventually he followed my directions and was able to get it open. I swear I have a 16 year old in a 6 year old body.
- This thunderstorm we are getting tonight is awesome. I only wish we would get more of it. I love a good lightning and thunder storm. The louder the thunder the better. The kids sleep right through it.
- I ordered swimsuits on Monday from Amazon and got two of them today. When Amazon stops doing the $1 credit for movies, TV show, or books and replaced it with the $5.99 Prime Pantry credit I go back to using the 2-day shipping. I forget how fast it is when I normally select the $1 credit and it takes a week to get here.
