Wild Wednesday

Wild Wednesday is about all the crazy or unbelievable things that have happened in the last week to me, in the news, pop culture, etc.

Since last Wednesday here is what has happened:

  • I was reading on Jenny’s Love the Mouse Travel Facebook page that Disney World has banned selfie sticks. I had never heard of selfie sticks before seeing them on an awards show this past season. I just don’t see the attraction in carrying a stick around with me so I can get a better picture of myself. That’s what God made arms for.

  • I have been getting selected to review a ton of products for Tomoson.com. There are all kinds of products you can select to apply to review. I love this company.
  • We have been getting a ton of raspberries out of the garden this week. B finally got enough for me to make him a black raspberry pie. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find my recipe from last year so I used a new one and the pie turned out runny. B has always been lucky if we get enough black raspberries for one pie. I think we may actually get enough for me to try to make another pie!

  • The size of raspberries we have is crazy. The black are tiny, the red are medium, and the yellow are by far the largest.

  • Since B is working days this week it has been the perfect opportunity to try to teach P to fall asleep for her naps on her own. So far we are two for three in her falling asleep on her own in her bed. Of course, she does cry for quite some time before she finally falls asleep. We can’t do this when B is home because he hates to hear her cry.
  • How did I finally just discover “House of Cards” on Netflix? I started watching it Monday night and am totally addicted to it.

Disclaimer: I have never claimed to be any great writer. So any mistakes that are made are my fault. Sometimes I mix up names B, S, and P, but I think you can figure out who I am talking about. If you find any grammatical errors just fix it in your mind so it sounds right.
