I don’t yoga but I love the idea of these towels being super absorbent and only being 24×24. I wanted to see just how absorbent they were to dry off after showers. I take two showers a day. I wash my hair in the morning and rinse off at night.
To give it a fair show I used it for each shower to see if it could dry my body or dry my body and hair. I used the towel at night to just dry my body and it did fine. It was weird not to have a huge towel to wrap myself up in, but it did dry me off no problem.
The next morning I used the same towel (it was dry) to dry my hair and me. It totally did not work to wrap around my head, but it did manage again to dry my body. I was able to get the majority of the extra water rung out of my hair, but it wasn’t able to finish absorbing what a normal towel does.
