These are the perfect addition to all the other yoga stuff I already have. I am not big into yoga, but like the idea of it. With these blocks it helps to complete positions that are beyond flexibility. The blocks are made of strong foam and do not bend under my weight. They do help to create stability when trying to accomplish poses. The strap is perfect to help increase flexibility. I cannot reach my toes, but with the help of the strap it does help me to stretch closer to touching my toes.
