TV Talk Tuesday

Jenny from Love My Randomness does a TV Talk Tuesday post and has so kindly let me borrow her graphic and idea.  I really like doing this post and look forward to it every week.  I could talk about a ton of shows but try to limit it to just a few.

SPOILER ALERTS!!!!!

The Walking Dead

The Walking Dead-After reading Jenny all the time talk about this show I figured it was finally time to watch this show and see what she was talking about.  When I started the first season it was quite an eye opener and I didn’t know if I could watch much more than a few episodes.  It was so gory.  I cannot even explain how bad it was to watch.  Sons of Anarchy and Breaking Bad have nothing on this show.  I have been watching the first four season’s non-stop on Netflix when S is not in the room.  Then I watched the first half of season 5 on the computer.  I cannot wait for the next episode in February.  My debate is now do I wait and watch the second half all at the same time or watch it week by week.

The Real Housewives

RHOA or RHOBH-These shows are just crazy.  I cannot get enough of these two and love watching the First Look every week.  It is the first 15 minutes of the show and a great little blip to watch in the middle of the night when I am feeding P.

Elf on the Shelf Prep and Landing

Christmas Shows-I love watching Christmas shows and movies and am sad to see them go.  I never got to see Elf on the Shelf or either Prep and Landing this year.  Did I miss them or were they not on this year?  I recorded them so I can watch them whenever, but it’s just not the same.

Shows I can’t wait to return-I am so excited to get back to watching the rest of the seasons of the following shows: Blacklist, Madam Secretary, Gold Rush, Pretty Little Liars, Chasing Life, etc.  I know there are more shows but these were off the top of my head.  Where the heck is Hannibal?  This show is crazy good, and I cannot wait to see the next season.

Downton Abbey

Downton Abbey-The new season starts in January for the US.  The season was already on in England, so I have started to watch it online.  I love this show and could not wait for it to come out on PBS.

Where/What do you use to watch TV shows to catch up on them?  I found this website a few years ago when it only had 14 likes on Facebook and now it has 91,871.  As long as you do not click on any of the banners it is awesome.  http://stream-tv.co  I have watched so many shows on this website.  I actually prefer it to Hulu because there are no commercials.

Are there any shows I am missing that I should be watching?

Oh you are on the ball. LOL I’ve been so slow on my posting over the holidays. I will get back to it in the new year. 🙂 I so know what you mean about the Walking Dead. I did not start when it was first on but when I went to Vegas with a friend we watched it on her Ipad and watching it all together I was hooked. I do now watch it week to week but I will say if you can hold out it really is great to watch all together. I’ve watched a couple of the marathon that is on right now but like you I have to do it when the kids aren’t around. I don’t need to start the nightmares. And I can’t believe some of the stuff they get away with on tv. I think there is just so much going on that they might cut a couple things but then others sneak through.

Disclaimer: I have never claimed to be any great writer. So any mistakes that are made are my fault. Sometimes I mix up names B, S, and P, but I think you can figure out who I am talking about. If you find any grammatical errors just fix it in your mind so it sounds right.
