Troubled Tuesdays is basically my complaint day to complain about all of the troubles I have, which could range from what is happening on TV shows to who knows what.
- We have been sleeping with the windows open which I love, but no matter what time I go to sleep, 11 pm, 12 am or even 2 am, there is some bird or bug out there just chirping away. It is really annoying when I am trying to fall asleep and then I constantly dream an alarm is going off, but when I wake up the only thing I hear is that chirp outside.
- B helped roof over at his dad’s this weekend, so hopefully the barn will be complete soon and I can have him back to do stuff at our house, like put a new back door in, install the screen door on the front of the house, make a railing for the stairs, etc. The list could go on forever and B will kill me for even talking about it, but its true!
- S got a cold. I hate when he gets cold, because half the time it goes to his throat and chest and turns into croup. This is only the first of many I am sure for this fall/winter/spring cold season. There will be a lot more washing of the hands in this house!
- I have a few subscription reviews that have been on the table for about a week and I just have not gotten to them yet. It’s so hard to sit down at the computer when it’s nice outside and S wants to go out and play. I used to do them late at night after everyone went to bed, but since I have been going to bed early because I now get up early with Baby A I am missing those few hours. The days I don’t have Baby A I still go to bed early just to stay in the same routine. I am getting up and around earlier in the mornings, but that just has us going outside to play earlier.
- Our neighbor decided to cut two of his trees down (SherrillTree) in his front yard. To me that is not a problem because they did not provide any shade for us or anything like that. The real bummer is I probably won’t see the four yellow finches that used to sit in the tree most of the day. When S was a baby I would sit in my recliner when he was sleeping (I held him), and either watch TV or stare out the window and watch the wildlife. Now with Baby A and watching him, he also likes to be held when he sleeps.
- The computer room and basement are screaming at me to clean them up. I told B we need to tackle them soon because we need to have all of it in order by Christmas. I want easy access to my wrapping area, Christmas tree decorating and holiday decorating. Decorating for Christmas starts here on November 1st!
