Troubled Tuesday

Troubled Tuesday is basically my complaint day to complain about all the troubles I have, which could range from what is happening on TV shows to who knows what.

  • Our DVR is constantly pausing and getting stuck for a few seconds here a few seconds there. If I hadn’t worked for a cable company I would think this was normal. I know this is a glitch that needs fixed but it never will.
  • Someone please explain to me why big brothers have to pick on little sisters? I swear S cannot walk past P without bugging her. He has to touch her, poke her, hit her, knock her over, or yell in her face. Why can’t he just leave her alone?
  • We couldn’t find Chippy, our elf. We knew he was somewhere. It happens every year. We put him away so S won’t find him when we open the decorations up the next year and it turns out we can’t find him either. We searched high and low on Sunday night after the kids went to sleep but came up empty-handed. B searched again last night and found him in a box we haven’t opened in years. Of course, I didn’t know where he was hidden, because B hid him not me.
  • P is such a monster lately when it comes to taking naps. Really when it comes to sleeping anymore. She doesn’t want to take naps and will only fall asleep if I stay in there with her. If I try to let her cry it out she will cry for the entire duration of what should have been a nap and not fall asleep. At night I do let her cry it out when she goes to bed, but she usually wakes up at some point during the night and I have to go in there. I want to rewind it a month or two where she took two naps, went to bed at night, and slept all night. I would lay her down and she would turn over and go to sleep. Now I lay her down and she stands up throws her binkies and pillow out of the crib and jumps forever.

What is troubling you?

Disclaimer: I have never claimed to be any great writer. So any mistakes that are made are my fault. Sometimes I mix up names B, S, and P, but I think you can figure out who I am talking about. If you find any grammatical errors just fix it in your mind so it sounds right.
