I love the idea of only having to put one ice cube or sphere into my drink instead of a handful of small ice cubes. The Sumpri Premium Sphere and Cube Ice Molds 2-Pack is the perfect solution. Each mold creates either a 2” sphere or cube. The molds will make 6 at a time which is so much more convenient than only being able to make one at a time. The molds are silicone and flexible so I can easily pop each cube or sphere out without them breaking. To make it an easier release I run the molds under hot water for a few seconds. The molds are BPA free and dishwasher safe.
I have tried a few different combinations with the ice cube/spheres by adding lemon slices to them. It gradually adds just a taste of lemon. I also froze punch spheres so they could be added to the punch bowl during parties to keep it cold. My grandma always used to do punch rings, but I like the idea of the spheres floating around.
