I got a few strands of solar lights this past summer and loved having them on the trees in the front yard.  I love Christmastime and all the lights that decorate everyone’s house.  I wish it could be like that all year long, so I decided to use solar lights and make my yard that way.  I take down the solar lights before Thanksgiving so I can put up Christmas lights so everything matches outside.  When Christmas is over I usually wait till winter is done and then the solar lights go back outside.  When giving the opportunity to review more solar lights I jumped at the chance.  Now that we have the pool in the backyard we can really decorate the backyard so we can swim under the lights.

I didn’t know if I would be able to charge the solar lights this time of year since the sun rays are not as strong.  I waited for a sunny day (which doesn’t happen very often) and put the lights out on the back deck for a few hours.  I was really surprised when I tried the lights and they all lit up.  Every single strand of lights took a charge.  I got solar lights from three different companies and could not tell the difference between any of them.  Here is a list of the lights that I received all available on Amazon.com:
