Silly Saturday

Silly Saturday is going to be dedicated to my pets. Since my son, S, was born three years ago my pets were my babies. Now they have taken a back burner in life. I will discuss all of the funny, gross, weird, etc. things that have happened in the last week with the pets. Right now I only have three pets, 2 dogs, PJ and Derby and one fat cat, Neezer.

Derby-If I am even five minutes late feeding you, you never hesitate to remind me with incessant whining.  So when I totally forget to feed you and PJ dinner and you don’t remind me until I remember at 1am, what is up with that?  To top it off I forget to give you breakfast the next morning and you finally get fed around 3pm.  Are you afraid to remind me when I totally forget, or did you sleep past eating time and forget yourself in your old age?????

PJ-I know how much you love to play catch, and in the past have also loved the Frisbee.  However, if you want to chase the Frisbee, you cannot be scared of it when it comes flying at you.  I know S can throw a rogue Frisbee here and there.  You have to remember he is only 3 and learning to throw a Frisbee.  If he hits you don’t be scared of it and run away from the Frisbee for the rest of the day.  It can be another fun game to play outside.  Suck it up and quit being such a scaredy cat. (Yup, I just called you a cat!)

Neezer-You are so cute when you jump up on the couch and sit on the arm waiting for me to reach over and pet you.  My question for you is are you really wanting me to pet you or are you creating a barrier so Derby cannot get over to me on the chair?  I think the latter and you are preventing Derby from getting to me and then sit there and laugh at her secretly when she is whining to get over you.  Guess I will never know.

Disclaimer: I have never claimed to be any great writer. So any mistakes that are made are my fault. Sometimes I mix up names B, S, and P, but I think you can figure out who I am talking about. If you find any grammatical errors just fix it in your mind so it sounds right.
