In our house we only use plastic cups.  B and I have long before we ever had children.  I have no idea why we started using plastic cups, it’s not like we broke any of our glass ones.  In any event, I would never dream of using glass cups with the kids because I would constantly be cleaning up broken glass.  With these cups I have a way of actually letting S start to use regular cups.  He doesn’t drink out of sippy cups and hasn’t in quite a few years, but he does drink out of cups with lids and straws.

The Scandinovia Set of 4 Unbreakable Glasses are 100% Made in Japan of Tritan plastic.  The glasses are unbreakable, have no plastic smell, and are quite heavy.  The glasses are dishwasher safe and can easily be stacked when not in use.  The cups have a slightly dappled interior that prevents the cups from stacking making it easier to grab a cup when you need it.

S has really enjoyed using these glasses.  They came in four different colors green, blue, yellow, and pink.  He always chooses the blue cup first because it is his favorite color (for the moment).  What S does, P wants to do, so I have attempted to let her drink small amounts of water out of the cups.  S has not dropped his cup yet, but P has definitely tested the ‘unbreakableness’ of them.  She has tossed them on the ground and thrown a few of them.  Much to my surprise none of the glasses have broken, cracked, or even got a scratch on them.  They have passed the test of my kids and come out unbroken.  I think we will keep on using them.

Disclaimer: I have never claimed to be any great writer. So any mistakes that are made are my fault. Sometimes I mix up names B, S, and P, but I think you can figure out who I am talking about. If you find any grammatical errors just fix it in your mind so it sounds right.
