Every month of Piper’s first year I will do a monthly update along with showing her pictures I get done every month. This month is a little late as she just turned 3 months today, but I will get that update done next week fingers crossed.

Length last month: 20 ¾ in
P is catching up in weight and length. She is now in the 50% range. She is still sleeping a ton. I don’t think she is up more than one maybe two hours a day. (No joke!) She is up long enough to give you a few smiles, eat, poop and is down for the count again. She is eating about every 3 hours or so. Sometimes she will stretch it out to 4 hours but not much longer than that during the day. At night, she has been going to bed between 8 and 10pm and will sleep for 6 hours getting up sometime between 3 and 6am to eat and then right back to sleep.
P is a big cuddler. In the early mornings, if she has trouble falling back to sleep in her Rock ‘n’ Play, P will lie in bed next to me on her side facing me and sleep for hours. I know she shouldn’t sleep in bed with me, but she sleeps so soundly and I am able to get a few more hours of sleep. P absolutely hates everything but her Rock ‘n’ Play and being in someone’s arms. She does not like to be in her bouncer, swing, under her Jungle Gym, in her carseat, etc.
In the past month, she has moved from newborn clothes to 0-3 month clothes and finally moved out of newborn diapers 3 days before she turned 2 months. She is still rolling over from her stomach to back on her right side only. I have been off dairy and P is a much happier baby. She no longer has crazy gas pains, a rock hard stomach, and is not spitting up as often (she still spits up quite a bit). About three weeks into the month I forgot why I went off dairy because I wanted cheese so bad so we ordered pizza for dinner. Well after eating that cheese pizza nothing really happened until 3am when P was totally fussy and then I remembered why I stopped eating dairy. I got her pictures done in a patriotic outfit since it was July. I hope you enjoy the pics!
