The 8” frying pan is the perfect size when cooking for one. This pan was amazing and too easy to cook with. The Ozeri Green Earth Frying Pan utilized Greblon, an ultra-safe ceramic coating from Germany which is 100% PTFE and PFOA free. The innovative textured pan surface delivers enhanced heat distribution and superior non-stick performance without ever releasing harmful fumes or toxins. The pan is scratch resistant with 100% ceramic coating that is super easy to clean.
The pan is so easy to cook with and when it comes to cleaning it all I have to do is wipe it out. Of course, I use soap but there is no scrubbing involved. The pan came with an insert that you use when stacking it with other pans so the surface does not get scratched. The pan is dishwasher safe which makes it a huge selling point for me.
