I got another pair of Novica earrings to review and love these as much as the first pair I got.  The earrings dangle and have two oblong loops.  Each loop has a ball on it to give it some sparkle in the light.  These earrings definitely dress any outfit out from a day to night outfit by simply putting these earrings on.  I cannot wait till I have another evening when I can wear these earrings to complete my outfit.
