I had no idea what I would receive from SweetLeaf, when I got the package in the mail I could not believe all of the great products that were included.  Not only did I get Organic Stevia Sweetener, but I also got Sweet Drops Sweetener, Sweet Drops Water Pack, and Cream of Coco Face and Body bar.

I have sampled Sweet Drops Cola in the past and was not overly in love with it.  I was hesitant to try the SweetLeaf products, but was pleasantly surprised with all of them.

I wanted to see how this sweetener would work a few different ways.  The first thing I did was tried a little of the stevia on some sliced strawberries instead of sugar.  I didn’t really notice the strawberries to be any sweeter like I do with sugar.  However, there was not a bad taste from the stevia which I thought was nice.  Another way I tried the stevia sweetener was in my salad dressing.  I added a packet to my Italian dressing I put on my salad yesterday.  It was like adding salt to food.  You don’t really taste the salt it only enhances the flavors that are already there.  I didn’t taste the stevia but noticed that the salad had a sweet taste to it.  If I didn’t know there was stevia in the dressing I would have thought the lettuce or maybe the tomatoes were a little more sweet than normal.

SweetLeaf Sweet Drops Pumpkin Spice

I could think of no other way to try this than by adding it to tea.  Since I am not a tea drinker I had my mom do the sampling for me.  My mom said the pumpkin spice flavoring did give the tea a hint of spice. There was however an oil looking mark on the top of the tea.  The Sweet Drops didn’t quite mix with the tea like you would think.  It was more like oil and water.  There didn’t seem to be any after taste, you could just notice a film on the top of the tea.

To me this was screaming add to coffee.  I’m not a coffee drinker either, so I had my dad try this for me.  I could smell the mint from this before the bottle was even open.  My dad added this to his regular coffee and liked it.  He does like to occasionally have flavored coffee and said this was a great mix to his coffee.  There did not seem to be any film on the top of the coffee with these drops.  He did think the drops actually gave him a little minty flavor in his mouth.  I guess that is considered a bonus.

SweetLeaf Sweet Drops Water Pack-Berry, Lemon Drop, and Valencia Orange

I am a huge water drinker and have never needed to add flavor to my water to enjoy it.  I thought this would be a nice treat to add to my water.  I don’t like orange flavored stuff so much so that I passed on trying this one.  I don’t like orange Kool-Aid, so I was not even interested in this flavor.  The Lemon Drop gave a nice lemon flavor to the water.  It was almost like added wedges of lemon to my water.  The Berry flavor was more of a grape/raspberry/blueberry flavor.  I would have preferred a strawberry flavor, but was okay with the berry flavor.  I used almost all of the lemon, but haven’t used either of the drops since I first tried the berry.

Cream of Coco Face & Body Bar

This soap smelled like cocoa butter.  I loved the smell of it and it felt great on my skin.  It really felt like it moisturized the skin nicely.  I did not notice any residue left on my skin and plan on using all of it.
