Manic Monday

Manic Mondays are when I let you know what plans I have for the week.  Some weeks I may be very busy where other weeks there may not be any plans.

  • Monday-F (S Cousin) will be coming over to play today with S.  Hopefully they learn to play better with each other.  We shall see.
  • Tuesday-S and I will be going to his cousin’s field day at school.  S loves to go and cheer for his cousins as they compete in funny games like 3-legged race, long jump (no running start), and softball throw.
  • Wednesday-Looks to be our only day this week that will be quiet other than our weekly bike ride to the library for new books.
  • Thursday-Target shopping day.
  • Friday-B is off so who knows what will happen today.
  • Saturday-There is Lowe’s Build in the morning for S.

  • Sunday-Mother’s Day…So for Mother’s Day B has planned for us to go to the Henry Ford Museum for Thomas the Train day.  We are going to ride on a train pulled by Thomas. (Sounds more like S’s Day than Mother’s Day.)  I would guess that when we get back we will stop over at my mom’s and give her the Mother’s Day gifts we have.  Hopefully S will not be cranky and can deliver all of his Mother’s Day gifts he made to our neighbors.  I will post pictures next Sunday. Don’t want to ruin the surprise for everyone.

This week looks like we are going to be doing something every day.  Hopefully S will be more cooperative than he has been the last few days and make it through the day.  I would like to either plan the day knowing S is going to need a nap or not need a nap.  If he takes a nap he tends to stay up later but still get up early the next morning.  So I have sleep deprived S who will not make it through the day without a nap.  Unfortunately, one of those days he will go with no nap and it will be an exceptionally long day for me.

Disclaimer: I have never claimed to be any great writer. So any mistakes that are made are my fault. Sometimes I mix up names B, S, and P, but I think you can figure out who I am talking about. If you find any grammatical errors just fix it in your mind so it sounds right.
