Body brushes can be used for so many things.  Our skin is our biggest organ in the human body, and works on eliminating toxins from the body.  If you have pores clogged with dead skin and impurities it is hard to excrete the toxins in your body.  With brushing your skin it helps to unblock pores and impurities trapped in your skin.  By brushing your skin it can improve circulation and encourage your body to release toxins.  Brushing your skin can also make a huge difference in the quality of your skin making it look and feel healthier.

I had a back brush when I was younger, and yes it does work to clean your back, it also gives you one heck of a good back scratch in the shower.  When given the opportunity to get another brush I jumped at the chance.  I was also hoping it would help with making my skin softer and clearer.  At first when I started using it my skin did not like it so much and it actually hurt after I was done taking a shower.  After using it for a few days my skin was able to toughen up.  I started noticing that my skin is feeling softer and has a glow.  Who knew a body brush could do this for me?
