Here are some facts about Kabrita Premium Goat Milk Formula:

  • Kabrita Premium Goat Milk Formula is naturally easy to digest and non-GMO.
  • It may be a good solution for children with cow milk sensitivity (*not for a confirmed cow milk protein allergy).  Cow milk sensitivity may cause symptoms such as colic, constipation congestion, digestive discomfort and eczema.
  • Kabrita Goat Milk formula has a milk, sweet and fresh taste and smell.  A safe, effective and nutritious alternative to homemade goat milk formula recipes.
  • Nutritionally enhanced goat milk formula with 22 vitamins and minerals including folic acid, DHA, ARA, and iron.
  • DHA is naturally present in human milk and essential for visual and cognitive development; ARA is an essential fatty acid found in human milk, which may support normal brain development; and iron is needed for the formation of blood cells and is often depleted by toddler age.
  • Kabrita’s playful, happy goats are raised on family farms in the Netherlands and graze naturally on fresh grasses.
  • Kabrita Goat Milk formula is free from antibiotics, growth hormones, preservatives, artificial colors and flavors.
  • Kabrita Goat Milk Toddler Formula retails for $21.99 for 14 oz. and $41.99 for 28 oz.  Prices can vary by retail location.

I was not sure about giving this supplement to P.  I have never given either of my kids formula.  They went straight from breastmilk to cow’s milk.  I decided to give this a try on P as a sort of treat in a sippy cup.  She still drinks her milk from a bottle (it is the only way she will drink it).  At first P wanted nothing to do with it, but after a few days of giving it to her she finally tried it.  Now I give her a sippy cup of it everyday when she wakes up from her nap.  I don’t plan to continue to give this to her after we use the entire can, but I don’t want it to go to waste either.

We have tried the Kabrita Goat Milk Yogurt and Fruit pouches before and P loves them.  This time we only got three to sample but she happily drank/ate one every day.  I gave these to her in place of her regular yogurt pouches.
