This is what my package looked like when I opened my mailbox.  It came in a pretty pink bubble wrap package.

When I opened the package I was excited to see that not all of my products could fit into the make-up bag.  This make-up bag was so cute.  I loved the pattern.  It also came with this postcard titling this month as “Pretty in Paradise.”  The postcard contained the companies who contributed to this month and discounts available.  This month had five products in it.

NYX Butter Gloss-Éclair 0.27 fl oz ($5)-I really liked this lip gloss.  It had a pink tint to it, but I didn’t really notice any tint when I put it on.  The scent of the lip gloss was awesome.  It tasted sweet, but nothing distinctive.

Jesse’s Girl Eyeliner 0.17 oz ($6.99)-The liquid eyeliner is really not for me.  I am not really an eyeliner kind of person.  The eyeliner can create lines as fine as 1 mm.  I think my sister will really like this so I will pass it on to her.

Be a Bombshell Mascara-Lash Out 0.25 oz ($15)-I was excited to get a new mascara, but after I read reviews on it I was curious if I got a bad mascara.  There have been many complaints that there is a strong odor with the mascara and some complained of irritation.  Not everyone got bad mascara and I was hoping that I would be one of them.  Sadly, when I opened the mascara it smelled awful.  No way am I putting something like that on my eyes.  Looks like this is going to end up in the trash.

Marc Anthony Dream Waves Beach Spray 1.25 fl oz ($3.25)-I am very curious about spray to give your hair texture.  I don’t think I have mastered it or just don’t know how to use it.  I like to have soft hair so I am not sure how I would feel about my hair being rough.   Maybe I will have my sister try it on my hair or just give it to her?

Ole Henriksen Truth to go Wipes-10 Wipes ($9)-These are great to use when you need to clean your face in a rush or do not want to use soap and water.  I like to use these on hot days when we are out and about and I need to wash my face before we go to our next place.

Make-up bag ($5) – This make-up bag was created by Rebecca Minkoff.  The bag was a black background with leaves and pineapple art on the outside.  I really liked how the inside of the bag was lined in red.

All in all the total of this ipsy bag of cosmetics comes to $39.24 for the five products the make-up bag. With this bag of makeup only costing $10, I would say it is totally worth it.  I have already started using the butter gloss, and Ole Henriksen wipes.   I am tossing the mascara, and my sister is getting the eyeliner.  I am still on the fence about the textured hair spray.   I cannot wait to see what ipsy brings me next month brings.  If you are interested in subscribing to ipsy, click here, and help me get a bonus gift next month.
