I had no idea what I was going to do with an unlined notebook. There are 27 different covers to choose from. When I saw the different choices for fabric cover I figured out just what I was going to do with the notebook. I selected to order the Green Christmas pattern for my notebook. I love the idea of writing just a few pages each year in this journal about our Christmas from that year.
I started one when S was a baby and track what we did for the holiday, what gifts he received, what we gave him, and what Santa brought him. Now that we also have P I have started a book for her. I think this will be great when we or the children want to look back and see what Santa got the kids a certain year, what we did, or to recall memories. Gosh knows in 10 years I will not be able to recall what we did a certain year but this memory book will be a great way to recall it. It is more private than a scrapbook, and I can get much more detailed.
