Friday’s Letters

I linked up with Ashley over at TheSweetSeasonBlog.com for Friday’s Letters.  Enjoy my Friday’s Letters.

Dear S, Despite you telling me you don’t want to go camping this weekend, you are going.  I just don’t understand why you don’t want to go?  You love hanging out with your cousins, I just wonder if you don’t really understand camping and that is why you don’t want to go.  No worries we are taking trains with us so you don’t have to go a day without playing with your trains.

Dear B, I just want you to know how much I am not looking forward to a weekend of camping.  Even though we are staying in a camper, nothing about this sounds fun to me.  I hope that you can prove me wrong, but if I see one snake all bets are off!

Dear Slushie Magic, S was so excited that we bought you, but what a disappointment you have been.  I have to freeze premade ice cubes (one had mold inside of it and they are sending me replacements). Then I put them in a cup with a liquid and shake until the ice cubes start to turn the liquid into icy.  Only it doesn’t work so well and most of the liquid stays liquid.  I shook for almost 5 minutes and barely any of it had turned into an icy.  By the time S took a few bites everything was melted again.  Maybe B will have better luck making a slushy.

Dear Target, What a bummer the toys did not go clearance yesterday.  That is the first time in four years that they have not gone 70% on the last Thursday of July.  (I don’t know about before that because I didn’t know about it.)  What is going on with you this year?  You have been messed up with all of your markdowns this year.  Let’s get back on track so we don’t have to do so much guessing as to when things are going to happen.

Dear Weather, Please cooperate this weekend with us camping.  The last time I went camping was 12 years ago and the weather was super-hot.  When it wasn’t hot, it was raining so much other campers actually made mud pits and played in them.  Not for me especially when showers were so limited.  I am looking for nice weather not to cold and not to warm, with no rain.  Is that too much to ask?  Guess I will find out.

Disclaimer: I have never claimed to be any great writer. So any mistakes that are made are my fault. Sometimes I mix up names B, S, and P, but I think you can figure out who I am talking about. If you find any grammatical errors just fix it in your mind so it sounds right.
