Foto (Photo) Friday is a show and tell of pics from the past week. This week was another week of hanging out at home working on potty training. It was pretty chilly outside so we didn’t want to venture out. We did get a small snowstorm Monday night so that also kept us in the house.
- The kids went out Monday night to play in the snow while we still had it. S loves to plow the driveway and if we even have a slight dusting he is out there trying to clear it. When P saw him out there she went downstairs, got her snowboots, and started yelling, “Me too! Me too!”. I bundled her up and off she was riding shotgun with S while he plowed. It is the only place she wants to be when he is out plowing.
- When they were done plowing our driveway and May’s driveway (that’s right May we did your driveway and you didn’t even know it) they went to play in the snow. I seriously debated about taking them sledding since the last time they went P was just a baby. That was two years ago. I didn’t care if it was getting dark the snow would keep it light enough to see (we didn’t go). They made snow angels. P has made carpet, sand, and grass angels but never a real snow angel. She loved it. The rest of the time outside S was running around in the snow doing boy stuff. P literally ran in one large circle. I think she just had no idea what to do so she just ran.
- Her eye is not swollen shut I just got her when she was moving. I could not get over the red cheeks. I have never seen her with cheeks that red. I don’t imagine I will see it again this year. Maybe next year we will get more snow.
