I am not an exerciser by any means, but thought I could give jump rope a shot. The Fire Breather Jump Rope is a chance to start exercising easily. It has extra-long handles and came with an extra cable. It was easily adjustable to the length I needed. I used to wrap the extra rope around my hands to get the correct size. With the ease of adjusting it I no longer need too. I have tried this jump rope a few times and had no problems with it. It was easy to use and smooth when going around.
