I think I may have actually found a workout that I am actually willing to try.  This workout program looks like it is something that I could do and only have to give 30 minutes a day.  The Fe Fit Workout includes 8 DVDs with 28 workouts.  The workout is designed to help lose weight, shed fat, tone up, and feel better about you.  There are varying lengths of programs you can do.  Transforming your body can be done varied in a 21-day, 6-week, or 13-week programs.  There are 7 fitness genres: Cardio Circuit, Core, Lower body, Upper Body, Total Body Toning, Barre, and Stretch Flow.  The Fe Fit workout is designed to not bulk up the body, but sculpt and tone.

If this program does all it says then I think it is really something I might actually sink my teeth into.  If anything it will get me through the cold months until I can start walking outside again.  Maybe, just maybe I will be bikini ready when summer comes.

The package includes detailed schedules of what needs to be done on what day in order to obtain the looks you are wanting.  There are stickers included that can help you to track when workouts are done.
