The darker it is the better I sleep. I found that if I wear a sleep mask I can sleep so soundly. Unfortunately at this point I can’t sleep that soundly or I would never hear P if she wakes up at night. I did invest in black out curtains since I can’t wear a sleep mask right now, but think I may try this now that P is getting older
When I got Eulex Sleep Eye Mask I tried it on and could not believe how comfortable it was. It had a nice snug fit, but was not too tight. It had a Velcro clasp on the back to secure it around my head. The sleep mask also has a nice travel bag. It makes it so much easier to grab and go if I needed too.
