Dresses I Got From Amazon.com Part 3

Disclaimer:  I received this product for free or highly discounted in exchange for an honest review.  All thoughts and opinions expressed are mine.

I feel like I am at the point of three strikes and you’re out!  I got one dress and one jumpsuit to try from Amazon again and they both were not a good fit for me.  I sized up in both of the outfits and it still didn’t work out.  Here are the two outfits I got this time:

Belle Poque Women’s Vintage Retro Swing Short Sleeve Dress

I loved the color of this dress and thought it could be a really good fit for my body type.  Although it recommends a petticoat for under the dress I did not have one, but was hoping it would still look good.  The waist was cut too high on the dress pulling it in at a weird spot.  The material was also an extremely heavy material.  It reminded me of being as thick as curtain material.  I sized up two sizes from what I would normally wear and it did not fit.  The top fit okay, but again the waist was weird and there was a stretch in the material so I never got a nice close fit.  The dress is a vintage 1950’s style with an empire A-line waist.  The Belle Poque Women’s Vintage Retro Swing Short Sleeve Dress is $22.49-$24.99 depending on size on Amazon.com.  #bellepoquedress

Milkuu Women’s Club Strappy Gold Leather Costume Jumpsuit

I knew I would only be getting this jumpsuit as a potential Halloween costume and never plan on wearing it any other time.  I had the option of ordering a Small or Large/X-Large.  I ordered the Large/X-Large and was sent an X-Large.  I am so glad that I got the X-Large because even that was a snug fit.  It highlighted all of the negative areas.  The dress had a side zipper in it but it only went down about 8 inches.  It was enough for me to be able to get the jumpsuit off and on, but did not give me much room.  The material felt like I was wearing a Tyvek jumpsuit (the kind that is worn by bee keepers or by workers dealing with mold issues).  It was breathable and the internal lining of the jumpsuit felt like a polyester that wasn’t going to breathe either.  Overall I felt like I was wearing Genie pants and a bad 70’s jumpsuit. The Milkuu Women’s Club Strappy Gold Leather Costume Jumpsuit is $20.99 on Amazon.com.  #Hermore

I was chosen to review the dresses from Amazon through Tomoson.com.  Basically how it works is you select items you would like to review and if they chose you, the product is purchased through Amazon.com.  If you have a Prime Account with Amazon shipping is free and a coupon code is provided from the company making the product free or highly discounted.  In exchange they are looking for an honest review on their product.
