I love Christmas and love to make all kinds of desserts and treats.  I think I may try to make chocolate covered cherries inside these Christmas Silicone Candy Molds.  I usually make traditional chocolate covered cherries in a bell shaped mold.  I’m not sure how these will turn out but I think they will be really fun to try to make.  Popping them out of their molds and not cracking the chocolate shell will be the hardest part.

With the house molds I am going to make ice cubes for the punch bowl on Christmas Eve.  S loves to drink punch which is just Hawaiian Punch and Sprite with sherbet on the top.  I am going to take Hawaiian Punch, pour it in the molds, and freeze it.  I am not sure how many ice houses we will make, but I am guessing at least 12.
