Changing pad liners are a necessity when changing a baby’s diaper. Sure if you have a changing pad you probably have a changing pad cover, but is not something you want to change after almost every diaper change for a newborn. They cover the majority of the changing pad cover so if you have issues (you know what I mean) changing a diaper you can simply just toss the liner in the hamper and replace it with another. When P was a newborn I think I counted one day that I changed the liner 8 times. 8 times!!!
